Over $100,000 of the newest and most advanced Life Fitness equipment and extensive fitness facilities adorn the Avani Spa Fitness Center at The Abbey Resort. Cardio equipment, free weights, a cross-over cable machine and a full aerobic studio round out our extensive fitness facilities. All cardio equipment includes personal LCD televisions with headphones. Additionally, the Avani Spa offers 30 to 40 invigorating fitness classes per week led by a staff of professionally trained and certified instructors. Individual and corporate memberships as well as daily passes are always at your fingertips.
