Shred Fest at The Mountain Top

Join us for a day of fun at The Mountain Top Ski Hill February 28th. From a rail jam, big air competition and pond skim to the giant slalom races, snocross and obstacle course - it’s all here! Plus, a live DJ all day. And the best part - proceeds will benefit Chill Chicago, a youth development program that uses snowboarding to teach life skills and increase self-esteem.

Register for each event. Registration closes 30-minutes prior to start time.

The thrill of one of the most exciting X-Games sports is the final stop on the World Power Sports Association’s World Snowmobile Tour at Grand Geneva Resort in Lake Geneva. The annual stop promises plenty of up close, high-flying snowmobile action. The track is laid out on Grand Geneva’s Mountain Top ski hill and allows for both indoor viewing and outdoor seating in the grandstands. All the major snowmobile manufacturers will have displays of the newest models and equipment. Madame Marie Curie changed the world through her discovery of radium and radioactivity and opened the doors of science to women. Presented by George Williams College of Aurora University, this Sundays at 4 event is part of the 2015 series of free concerts, presentations and lectures.

Lake Geneva Symphony Orchestra Presents Beethoven, Motzart and Higdon

Lake Geneva Symphony Orchestra continues its tribute to the monuments of the music world, both past and present, at the March 28th concert held at Badger High School.

From the past, LGSO will present Beethoven's Third, the "Eroica" Symphony, a work where he breaks the known rules of music for his time and redefines what music can do. Mozart's Overture to Cosí fan tutte will open also be featured.

From the present, LGSO will perform "blue cathedral" by Jennifer Higdon. In this piece the use of Chinese bells and wine glasses are utilized to produce striking and innovative orchestral colors

This concert will be on Saturday, March 28, 7:30P at Badger High School Auditorium, Lake Geneva, WI.

Adults $12, Students K-12 Free
